Applications for Scholarships Open to Hispanic Students on the First Coast

For Immediate Release: (JACKSONVILLE, FL. – April 28, 2016) The Achieving the Dream (ATD) Scholarships return to inspire Hispanic students to earn their college degrees. The scholarship program awarded by the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FCHCC) Community Development, Inc., is available to high school seniors and undergrad students of Hispanic descent that live in Northeast Florida including Duval, Baker, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties.
