The Bolt Movement & Dance is a health and wellness fitness center. The Bolt Movement workshops' are geared to movement exploration and creative processes for dancers, instructors, fitness enthusiasts, movers and shakers.


Ana Turrell is a Director and Educator. She grew up learning about dance. Since then, I have always had a calling to expand my knowledge in this phenomenal field of motion. Hence, I became a dance educator, physical education teacher, track and field coach, theater instructor, Fitness trainer, Polestar® CPT and then obtained my national Pilates instructor certification. In addition, I work and create programs that help pre-natal and postpartum stages including pelvic floor strengthening for urinary incontinence (Low Pressure® Fitness program). Through my expertise and personalized fitness programs, I help people improve their lives through mind, body and spiritual connections. My approach to fitness trainings is effective for functional movement performance for everyone. Do you have achy joints, poor mobility, back ache or poor posture? I invite you to invest in yourself and see the possibilities. I work with all ages and levels and people through all walks of life. The art of movement heals. My mission is to help you learn and explore your physical potentials and create change for a healthier lifestyle.
