]]> The North Florida District Office (NFDO) signed a Strategic Alliance Memorandum (SAM) with the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FCHCC). With the participation of key staff members from both organizations, the SAM was signed at 10:00 a.m. on June 3, 2021.

Participating in the ceremony were the two newest members of the NFDO team, J. Malcolm Richards, District Director; Jonel Hein, Deputy District Director; and as host for the ceremony, Annie Grogan, Outreach and Marketing Specialist. Representing the FCHCC were Ms. Monica Hernandez, Chamber President, and Willie Gonzalez, retired SBA District Director for the NFDO, and now Board Chair for the chamber.
