Clelia Peters opened Clelia’s Party Dresses (CPD) in 2014. In 2017, she made a bold move to the Saint John’s Town Center. Clelia is so glad she made this move from the Town Center because she can serve so many more customers from Georgia and throughout the First Coast.

Clelia travels to fashion districts across the United States and hand picks dresses and gowns from around the world. Clelia’s commitment to her customers extends beyond the store’s inventory so if you don’t find the dress of your dreams in her store, Clelia can easily order from dozens of designers and have it sent to you within days.
