The FCHCC will be one of many organizations participating as a team of runners/walkers during the Human Race (Fall 2011). Hands on Jacksonville, in partnership with Rita Foundation and 1st Place Sports, will host its bi-annual event to help its member organizations raise funds for the needs of each participating organization.
First Coast is currently recruiting runners/walker who will represent the Chamber as a team. Proceeds raised by each team member promised as a pledge to the runner/walker on behalf of FCHCC will go towards the work and mission targeted by the Chamber. The event will be the first ever athletic event the Chamber participates in. The FCHCC hopes to get a resounding turnout of runners representing the Hispanic community in show of support for this event.
