The First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is happy to sponsor and support The First Coast Multicultural Toastmasters Club. Led by President, Maribel Hernandez, also a past president of the chamber, the club is growing and their mission is to assist members whose second language is English to be effective and grow as leaders and speakers.
