The new Florida Diversity Business Council (FDBC) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote fully inclusive Supplier Diversity initiatives. We connect corporations, government agencies and diverse business enterprises in Central and North Florida. We work with diverse business advocate organizations, such as local and regional chambers of commerce, to design and implement programs and services which connect corporate member with diverse suppliers. Navigating civilian life can be a shock to a veteran's system, especially considering the myths veterans hear about how uncomplicated it is to obtain post-military employment. Operation New Uniform (ONU), the veterans' non-profit organization Justin Justice (pictured), Executive Director, operates is out to change that. ONU's training program helps veterans understand their military training and experience from a business perspective, and guides veterans while they manage the transition into the corporate world. Riverside Fine Arts Association (RFAA) seeks to enrich and inspire our community and its schools through the shared experience of live music and visual arts.
